Solvaré Residence is an international collaboration founded by citizens of Georgia, Israel, and France. Behind the project stands the extensive experience of leading architects, engineers and construction professionals. This experience has enabled us to introduce a completely new standard of residential development to Batumi.
Every member of our team is an expert in their field. This guarantees attention to every detail, from the structural stability of the foundation to exclusive architectural solutions. We combine the best practices of different countries to create strong, reliable and high-class boutique residential complexes.
